lg vu warranty and order question?

ok so i upgraded monday to the lg vu (my mom ordered the phone from att.com) with a black silicone case, and this is my first ever phone thats not a razr so im gonna take good care of it. but just incase, what exactly do i do if the lg vu gets any defects? like the touch screen stops working, etc. how does the process work with the 1 year warranty? and also, i ordered my phone monday night, how long should i take for the phone to be here?

Last I checked, AT&T was running a free 2 day shipping. If your phone breaks within the one year, you usually have to take it to an AT&T store ot ship it in (I have had to do both) and they will either repair or replace it (I have had to do both).
